Sage Bludworth
Sage Bludworth is a Partner of Utah’s Lawyers, Heugly & Bludworth Attorneys at Law. She has nearly seven years of legal and business experience. In addition to her private law practice, Sage has real world experience in trucking and the rock and gravel industries.
Sage’s legal experience includes complex business litigation, family law, estate planning, and personal injury. Sage is an attention-to-details attorney who enjoys the writing aspect of the law. While attending law school Sage garnered attention for her excellence in writing which included second place paper in the international writing competition sponsored by the Journal of Dispute Resolution and Missouri School of Law.
Sage has drafted numerous appellate briefs, sophisticated Motions including a Motions for Summary Judgment exceeding 400 pages in a matter which established a partner embezzled over $380,000 from a company and its principals resulting in award of damages of this amount which she was also able to assist in securing this award with real property belonging to the embezzling partner.
Sage received her J.D. from S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 2015. She is a Utah Bar Association member and licensed to practice in State Courts in Utah. Sage received her M.A. with distinction in Intelligence and International Security from Kings College London in 2009. Sage received her B.A. in International Studies from Brigham Young University in 2003.
